Judy Sagen, Director

Now in her 34th year of music education, Judy Sagen has spent her entire career in the Apple Valley-Eagan-Rosemount School District 196. Currently at Eastview High School, her Concert Choir and Women’s Choir have been featured performers at both ACDA and MMEA State Conventions. Judy is currently President of the American Choral Director’s Association of Minnesota. In 2003, she received the “Minnesota Choral Director of the Year” Award presented by the Minnesota American Choral Director’s Association, and was recently named Minnesota’s 2009 “Music Educator of the Year” by the Minnesota Music Educators Association. Judy received her undergraduate degrees in Music Education and Piano Performance from Drake University and her Masters Degree from the University of Minnesota.
