As Director of Operations for VocalEssence, Nick Peter is responsible for coordinating all concert logistics, serving as the staff liason to the Board of Directors, and is the Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director, Philip Brunelle.

Prior to joining VocalEssence in July 2006, Nick started his nonprofit career by serving as a membership and communications consultant for several organizations and professional associations, helping clients increase membership and coordinate meetings and events. Nick also served as an intern at Twin Cities Public Television in the Philanthropic Funding Department.

Nick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Management from Luther College in 2004, and continues to serve as organist and accompanist for a church in the Twin Cities.
