Ticket Policies
Everyone must have a ticket, including children 6 and older. Please note that our concerts are not open to infants and children under 6, except for the Star of Wonder family holiday concert.
Student and group discounts are available when you order by phone or in person. Season and single tickets at half-price are available to students between ages 6 and 18 and college students with a valid fee statement or student ID. Groups of 10 or more receive discounts of $2.00 per individual concert ticket in any price category.
We have accessible seating at all of our concert venues. (There is no elevator access to the balcony at Plymouth Congregational Church for Welcome Christmas!). Please make your disability-related needs known when you order tickets.
With a week's advance notice, season ticket holders can exchange their tickets for a different performance within the same concert season. A $4.00 per ticket service fee applies for issuing new tickets. The original tickets must be returned to the box office before new tickets can be mailed. Such exchanges will be filled with the best tickets available according to the subscriber's preferences.
Tickets may be turned back for resale up to 48 hours prior to a performance. Sorry, no refunds can be given; however, you will be sent a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution. To return tickets for resale, call 612-547-1473.
Latecomers will be seated at appropriate pauses in the concert according to the conductor's wishes. Please plan plenty of time for locating the concert venue and parking. Better yet, allow an extra hour and join us for Concert Conversations with the composers and artists.
All programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
