DESCRIPTION:The 2024-2025 Season opens with The Concert Version of the Musical Kristina\, which brings the listener on a journey of hope and heartbreak through the eyes of Swedish immigrants\, Kristina Nilsson and her family\, brought to life by Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson\, the legendary songwriters of ABBA. \nKristina’s experiences of love\, loss\, and hope resonate as deeply today as they did over a century ago. We invite you to arrive early and join us in the lobby for an interactive\, pre-concert experience. Be guided through one of eight immigrant journeys\, learn about the current largest immigrant populations in Minnesota\, and engage with some of the original Swedish settlers in the state. \nEvent Timeline\n3-4 PM: Immigrant Experiences open in the lobby \n• Learn about the current largest immigrant populations in Minnesota. \n• Take an immigrant’s journey-follow their paths\, and see how you would respond to the choices they faced.
