Northrop is located in the heart of a vibrant, active campus and other scheduled events often impact traffic and parking availability.

Reserve Your Spot: Purchase parking in advance in the Church Street Garage adjacent to Northrop. (Limited Availability)

If you have not pre-purchased parking we recommend parking in the Nolte Garage, Fourth Street, or Washington Avenue ramps. See a map for directions and additional parking options.

Plan Ahead. Check MNDOT and the UMN Event Parking Calendar for information and other events. Please note that traffic flow can change quickly on campus, so please plan accordingly and consider arriving early to allow yourself time to enjoy all that Northrop has to offer onsite before the event.

Accessibility Drop-off. To drop off a guest at an accessible, no elevation entrance, please follow the “Accessibility Drop-off” signs on the east side of Northrop. Take a right turn from Church Street at Lily Plaza (immediately before the Church Street Garage entrance) and consider arriving early to easily accommodate your drop-off, traffic, and parking needs.
