Event: Sound Bath with Melanie DeMore, Sept 25
Sep 25 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
event is AT FULL CAPACITY.
Give your soul the space to breathe and be fully present as Melanie DeMore leads you in an experience of connecting and community-building through song. Hear selections from the newly released album, How to Hold On: Songs of Comfort and Solace, sung by Melanie DeMore and members of the VocalEssence Ensemble Singers. Bring your whole self to this space—this is time for reflection, to be soothed by the music, and to hold up loved ones.
This is not a traditional performance-this a space where you are invited to interact with music in an immersive way. At this event we invite you to:
- Bring your whole self to this event. This is a space of community, healing, and openness where we ask you to be respectful of listeners from all walks of life.
- Be prepared to experience the full range of human emotions as the sound of the music washes over you.
- Wear comfortable clothing, bring images of or small items from loved ones that are important to you, and sit in the space as you feel called. We will have chairs, space to sit on the floor, and beanbag chairs available for you to use as you are comfortable.
