This spring, the VocalEssence Board and Staff are excited to embark on a multi-year journey into Intercultural Organizational Development to assist in furthering our Inclusion, Access, and Equity commitment. After interviewing multiple consultants, the VocalEssence Executive Committee of the Board has approved working with Beth Zemsky. Beth comes to VocalEssence after decades of experience in this field, and has worked with such organizations as the Bush Foundation, Minnesota Children’s Theater, the Twin Cities United Way, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Read more about Beth and her experience on her website: https://bethzemsky.com/

Beth’s work will include using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) which will be utilized with both board and staff, learning seminars, action learning projects, and coaching and support. Throughout this process, VocalEssence will be updating our community about the progress of our work. If you have any questions about this project or others in our Inclusion, Access, and Equity commitment, please call Executive Director Mary Ann Aufderheide at 612-547-1454 or email maryann@vocalessence.org.
